Our Mission

Our mission is to continue the framework that was created within the last 30 years and continue adding educational elements, resources, and materials that will stimulate the growth and development of all children ages 8 weeks of age until 5 years of age. Being licensed through Early Education and Care, we strongly believe we have an obligation to ensure that every student succeeds. We consistently remain determined to provide a high-quality learning center where the children in our community feel welcomed, celebrated, and have the opportunity to explore and experience education with a positive approach. We seek to care for each child individually and allow them to develop new skills at their own pace and ability. We continue to embrace diversity by welcoming children and families from all backgrounds. Respect, inclusion, and a judgement-free learning environment is where children will flourish best. Ultimately, our goal is to provide the same care you would want and expect at home and that your child will be provided the resources and materials to advance and become a lifelong learner. We want to always put our children and families first and we welcome parental involvement and feedback!

We work hard to provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where children are stimulated and encouraged through a play-based curriculum. Our approach to education incorporates many models, but primarily focuses on play-based learning. This type of learning is an approach that is critical for development, as it encourages the children to explore, experience, make mistakes, create independence, build relationships, and gain a better understanding of their sense of self. Our activities and experiences will engage the students in the pure enjoyment of learning. Our mission is to make this part of our program approach-making learning fun!! Early education is where children develop the foundational skills they will use for the rest of their lives, however, we are aware that providing positive learning experiences are instrumental for a child’s overall development later in life. Our goals are to focus on social-emotional growth, language and cognitive development, physical well-being, and a strong academic foundation to better prepare them for their next chapter.

Our Vision

Although we are a small piece of the Early Childhood Education model, we would like our business and operation to be known and remembered as the one who provided high-quality educators that promote and encourage diversity and inclusion as part of the curriculum model, one that cared for its families and children equally, and one that showed compassion and care that was above and beyond expectations. We also want to be a program that provides for all types of families, including families that need assistance, and keep our enrollment tailored to all walks of life. Together we all want to provide a vision where learning and caring is not extinct. Overall, our vision is one where we want the children to look back at their experience with us and see it as the most memorable part of their childhood.

 

Additionally, we continue to strive to empower our teachers everyday to make the best decisions regarding care for your child. We want our teachers to continue to strive for more educational and professional development experiences that they can share and adapt in their classrooms. We firmly believe education is the backbone to making a difference in our children so we will continue to advocate for furthering their personal development.

Our Philosophy and Our Commitment to You

Although every Learning Center or Preschool adopts a different educational model, our philosophy is that children learn best in a child and teacher-initiated play-based environment that fosters self-confidence, trust, creativity, autonomy, and acceptance of individual differences. Our philosophy is a well-blended mix between play-based and academic where our educators teach THROUGH play. Children will learn essential skills like sharing, cooperation, resolving conflict, communication, and more.

We want our philosophies to be met with a caring environment and one where we can partner with our families and work through resolutions, brainstorm together, and create the best possible outcomes for your child. Our commitment to you is that we will always keep open lines of communication and always continue to self-assess how we can improve. It is very important that we establish and maintain supportive and mutual relationships and always make caring and responsible decisions.
